Our Programs

Health Home Project:
Wellspring has incorporated health and wellness into all of our programs.  Our Nurse, Betsy Weimar is our lead navigator as we provide health care information, promote healthy living changes that individuals can make, advocate with health care providers as needed and create individualized health plan.

Certified Peer Support:
Services are provided by someone who has the lived experience of a mental health diagnosis. Services include making connections to other supports, building natural supports, building a toolbox of coping skills, education on mental health topics, sharing personal experiences, and promoting hope. Services are offered in the home, community, or office.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation:
Services are designed to help a person gain/regain their chosen roles in the communities. Goals may be related to obtaining education or employment, building a larger support circle, obtaining/maintaining stable housing, accessing support needed to be successful in the community, and maintaining meaningful relationships. Services are offered in the home, office, or community. Services can be offered individually or in a group format.

Drop-in Center:
A non-judgmental place where people with a mental health diagnosis can socialize, engage in conversation and leisure activities, and/or access additional supports. The program is consumer driven. Participants plan activities, perform volunteer duties, and help with the general day to day tasks. A warm meal is provided most weekdays.

Social Rehabilitation:
A small group format focusing on social skills. Groups are small in size. Some activities happen outside of the program in the community.
